The product

JunkTerms suggests negative keywords from Google Ads search terms. You approve them. A script you install may add account-wide keywords to a shared list named JunkTerms, or add a campaign-only negative on the campaign you chose. You are responsible for that account, for the script you authorize, and for the negatives you approve.

Free analysis and plans

A new account gets one free analysis. There is no trial: no timed trial and no free period on a paid plan. A second analysis for the same email, or for a Google Ads customer id the script has already sent, waits until a paid plan is active. Prices are listed on the pricing page, in USD. Annual billing is ten months of fees for twelve months of service. Paid plans use Stripe Checkout. Stripe is the merchant of record through Managed Payments: Stripe calculates VAT or sales tax, collects it, and sends the customer invoice. JunkTerms does not calculate tax or issue invoices.

14-day money-back guarantee

If JunkTerms is not worth it to you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund that payment in full, monthly or annual, through Stripe. Once the refund is issued the subscription ends and the weekly runs stop. Negatives already added to your Google Ads account stay there until you remove them. The guarantee covers the first payment of each customer once; later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data you are not allowed to share. Do not probe the script endpoints without a token issued to your account. Do not use the service to harm someone else’s ads account.

Liability

Suggestions can be wrong. A negative can block traffic you wanted if you approve it. The service is provided as available. A liability cap and the governing venue inside Italy are not set yet and should be added before launch.
